Etching was caused from acidic contamination during the build. This is a common occurrence on building sites where tiles are walked on by tradies prior to being properly sealed.
The client attempted to resolve the issue to bare marble which resulted in further damage caused by incorrect products and processes.
We restored the damaged tiles prior to professionally polishing and sealing the stone tiles.
